For those of you who look after PC's (whether it's your home PC or PCs in your shul/organisation), it is advisable to download this today in case you are hit tomorrow and cannot access the McAfee or other anti-virus websites.

The following link allows you to download the McAfee Stinger free utility that detects and removes all known W32/Conficker variants to date.  This has been updated and released today just in time for April 1st in case you are infected and the Conficker.C virus starts phoning home.

This is a standalone tool and will run independently from your anti-virus solution, whether it is McAfee or another brand.
