This year for the fourth time Finchley Reform Synagogue welcomed over 500 secondary school pupils and trainee teachers to participate in an educational event for Holocaust Memorial Day.

Reform Movement backs Fairtrade Fortnight: 23 Feb - 8 March 2009

A group of Jewish communal organisations (Board of Deputies, UJIA, The Pears Foundation, JCC and Tzedek) are working closely with the Fairtrade Foundation on a joint educational resource entitled ‘A Jewish Guide to Fairtrade’ which will be launched in Fairtrade Fortnight. The Reform Movement is proud to be part of this campaign.

A new type of Jewish Journey has been launched by the Reform Movement, which reflects the core Jewish value of tikkun olam. Journeys4Justice participants will travel to Kenya in July this year, where they will be involved in the work of the Kenyan Orphan Project.
